Hobart and William Smith Colleges, Geneva, New York

Campus Wide Survey - Topographical and aerial mapping of campus for planning and design purposes.

Parking           - Design of new parking areas for Medbury Hall, Geneva Hall, McCormick Hall, Stucco House, Hamilton Street and St. Claire Street (First Year).  Work included planning and design of stormwater management, State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQR) documents, municipal approvals, construction documents and construction phase services.

Academic Building - Staff provided site design, basemapping of the property, and plans for utilities, grading, lighting and drainage.  This project involved the design of a 3-story, 28,000 SF academic building.  Additional deliverables included a layout for the sanitary sewer and a parking lot improvement plan.  

Performing Arts - Conceptual sketches, stormwater sizing calculations, concept estimates, parking lot sketches, underground stormwater storage and design future parking lots.

Winseeley Road Reconstruction - Field survey, construction plans and profiles for improved road geometry and provided recommendations for pavement rehabilitation and reconstruction.

Scandling Campus Center – Site designer for a 24,000 square foot addition to the Scandling Student Union.  A schematic design was drawn up showing the proposed layout for the project.  Upon approval from the college, plans were completed for grading, lighting, landscaping, drives and paths and the relocation of utilities and the pump station.  Additional services included stormwater management, a long form EAF and an Engineers Report on sanitary and potable water.  After securing all municipal approvals, our team worked with the college to draw up construction documents and specifications for the builder.
