Costich Engineering was founded as a sole proprietorship in May of 1977 by Charles J. Costich (P.E., L.S.).

Since that time, both Mark R Costich (P.E.) and Charles J. Costich III (L.S.) have joined and serve as department heads of the engineering and surveying groups respectively.

In 1986, the firm became a professional corporation.

The firm currently employs 41 people in Rochester, New York.

We are continually upgrading our facilities and work environment. Our staff includes civil engineers, land surveyors, computer design specialists, resident field representatives, and support staff.
