Personnel
Costich Engineering has four state-of-the-art survey crews available for your survey
needs. These teams include Licensed Surveyors and are experienced in the use of the most
up-to-date equipment.
Technology
Traditional: We combine the best Leica Optics in our
distomats with the super reliable SDR Data Collector for precise surveying and recording
as well as "Field Engineering".
Global Positioning System (G.P.S.)
Leica System 500 Real Time Controller.
Leica System 300-- The system consists of two dual frequency SR 399 and one SR 399E
sensors. Processing of data is done with the Leica "SKI" software and RTSKI Real
Time Controller Software. GPS allows us to bring vertical and horizontal control to
our sites from miles away at economical costs. Our current system is capable of the
following types of GPS surveying:
- Static
- Rapid Static
- Stop and Go
- Real Time GPS
Getting There:
We utilize the services of an ATV Quad-Runner to get us to some of the more
inaccessible sites.
Survey Quality Assurance:
We use checklists on every project to ensure complete and accurate mapping.
